The birth anniversary of the legendary leader and freedom fighter Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna was observed. Senior BJP leader Ravindra Jugran said that respect was paid to him through recital of poems written by the freedom fighter and national poet Sriram Sharma Prem. The recital was done by his son Atul Sharma.
