Find Your True North (FYTN), founded by faculty, and career coach at the School of Liberal Studies in UPES, Pooja Khanna and nurtured by Runway, an incubation initiative by the UPES Council for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UCIE), is an AI-based career coaching platform that is designed to encourage creativity and enhance problem-solving skills. UPES claims that so far over 800 students have benefitted from the platform.
The event ‘Design Your North: Ideas to Impact’ held recently comprised interactive learning sessions, series of speeches, panel discussions and meeting 18 experts from different walks of life and professions. Students from various schools participated. Cambridge School won the best team trophy for their solution for road accidents on inclined roads and Doon Presidency and Bal Bharti School bagged the runner-up trophy.
Khanna said that they are looking forward to organising more such events to inspire and guide young minds to achieve their full potential.
