The State cabinet minister Dhan Singh Rawat asked the departments under him to prepare annual plans to ensure that the budgetary allocations are spent cent percent. At the same time he said that the list of the employees to be transferred should be prepared at the earliest. He further said that detailed reviews on all matters would be held during meetings to be held on May 15 and 16. The minister took the meeting involving the departments under him after his return from Karnataka where he had been for one month.
The minister further asked the officials of the higher education, health and school education departments to prepare list of the posts remaining vacant for a long time.
During the meeting, the minister reviewed the health facilities being provided to the char dham pilgrims with the health department officials. He asked them to be on the alert mode 24 hours to ensure that the pilgrims face no health-related problem in course of the yatra.
Several senior officials of different departments were present at the meeting.
