In latest news from Uttarakhand, taking note of his long experience in a number of important posts in Kumaun University, the university administration entrusted the additional responsibility of the registrar to the dean of the commerce/education faculty and senior professor of the university, Prof Atul Joshi.
The post of KU’s registrar fell vacant after the incumbent Dinesh Chandra was transferred by the government to the same post in Sridev Suman Uttarakhand University Tehri. The order said that Prof Joshi will remain in the post till further order or till the new registrar assumes charge.
