Temple, rest house for journos to come up at Gairsain: CM

In latest news from Uttarakhand, in the midst of the monsoon session of the State Assembly at Gairsain, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said while interacting with the senior journalists from Chamoli district that a rest house would be built for journalists in the summer capital of the State. Besides, a temple would be built for the Bharadi Devi the design of which would be framed in consultation with the locals and the teerth purohits.
Plus, he announced that to help Gairsain emerge as a thriving hub of all-round development, training camps/ workshops would be organised here all the year round and the officers of the rank of secretaries would be given responsibility for them. These would boost economic activities in the region, he added. Moreover, his government is intent on developing the place as a centre of yoga, meditation and spirituality. He also mentioned that the construction of the police quarters here is going on in full swing, the CM said.
