Addressing the issue of debris management along the Char Dham routes, Raturi has instructed officials to identify suitable locations for dumping zones. The officials concerned and district magistrates have also been directed to ensure thorough inspection and monitoring of all sewage treatment plants (STPs). The officials must ensure that all STPs must be securely connected to the drainage systems.
