Patanjali Ayurveda College Haridwar has been ranked among the country’s top-20 colleges with A grade in the rating data recently released by National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). Expressing happiness on this achievement on Thursday, Acharya Balkrishna said that the institute being in the top 20 colleges among the 552 ayurveda colleges across the country in the field of ayurveda education shows that it is on the right path. Besides, it is the only ayurveda college out of 20 located in the State that has received the NCISM A-grade, he said, adding that NCISM had evaluated AYUSH colleges on the basis of different parameters, including academic quality as well as library, number of faculty and doctors, number of patients, resources available in the institute and adequate facilities for research and herbal garden among others. He reiterated Patanjali’s resolve to promote Ayurveda as an authentic medical system across the world.
