Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, organised to commemorate 75 years of the independence of the country, at martyrs’ memorial in Khatima, Udham Singh Nagar district on Friday.
Paying rich tributes to the martyrs of the statehood movement, Dhami garlanded their pictures at the memorial. He said that the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan organised under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inculcated a sense of patriotism in the country. Terming the next 25 years as the Amrit Kal (golden period) of the country, he said that we should also remain committed to the development of the State.
The Chairman of the Mandi Samiti Nandan Singh Khadayat and others were present on the occasion.
