AAP forms manifesto committee for Assembly polls

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has formed its manifesto committee and appointed colonel (retd) Sunil Kotnala as the head on Sunday ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections.
The state in-charge of AAP, Dinesh Mohaniya said that 15 members have also been included in the committee who belong to different walks of life like social workers, advocates, army and agitators. He said that the manifesto prepared by this committee will prove to be a foundation of Uttarakhand Navnirman. He stated that the party’s manifesto will be finalised by the committee only after interacting and taking suggestions from people belonging to different sections of society. Mohaniya also informed that besides making a chief manifesto for the election, the party will also release separate manifestos for all 70 assemblies so that the party can work on the main as well as local issues after forming the government.The 15 members of the committee are AAP leaders Razia Baig, Uma Sisodia, Hema Bhandari, Chandrashekhar Bhatt, YS Pangti, Pushpa Chauhan, Suba Singh, Sameer Raturi, Amit Agarwal, Pankaj Arora, Dinesh Koli, DS Kautilya, Chandra Prakash and Shrikant Khandelwal.
