The chief secretary Anand Bardhan administered the oath of office to Deependra Chaudhary for the post of commissioner of the Uttarakhand Right to Service Commission at the Secretariat on Wednesday. Congratulating him on his new assignment, the CS said that the administration expected him to discharge his duties with complete integrity, transparency and impartiality.
“The objective of the Right to Service Act is to provide government services to ordinary citizens, and it is the responsibility of all of us to ensure accountability and transparency in the process,” he stated. After taking oath, Chaudhary said that he would discharge the responsibilities assigned to him by the Commission with full devotion and commitment. “I will work to provide services to the citizens in a timely and transparent manner,” he added.
On this occasion, the secretary Pankaj Kumar Pandey along with senior officers of the administration was present.
