CM, speaker inspect reconstruction works in Vidhan Sabha building

The Vidhan Sabha building in provisional State capital Dehradun is presently undergoing massive reconstruction works. The building is getting a facelift and modern equipment is being installed in it.
After attending the oath taking ceremony of newly elected MLA from Kedarnath Asha Nautiyal, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Vidhan Sabha speaker Ritu Khanduri inspected the reconstruction works in the assembly building.
The national emblem ( the pillar of Ashoka) has been set up at the main entrance of the Vidhan Sabha. A gallery in the memory of the martyrs of the statehood movement has also been constructed above the stairs leading to the house.
The modern gadgets are being installed in the house and on the tables of the MLAs in the Vidhan Sabha. An extension room for meetings of the MLAs is also being constructed in the building.
