The District Cooperative Bank Limited, Haridwar said that the authorised officer of the Raisi branch of the bank has taken possession of the mortgaged property of the loan defaulter Arjun Singh, resident of Munda Kheda Khurd under Tehsil Laksar, on Monday under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act 2002. The authorised officer of the bank warned that similar actions would be taken against the loan defaulters in time to come under the same SARFAESI Act.
