The Congress veteran and former chief minister, Harish Rawat hit out at the Pushkar Singh Dhami government, alleging that it has failed on all fronts of governance and warning that his party would launch a door-to-door movement across the State soon. He addressed a media conference here.
Expressing concern over spiralling atrocities on women, he said that even the ruling party leaders are being seen engaged in heinous crimes against women. He also charged the BJP government with openly protecting the mining mafia and land mafia.
On the upcoming Panchayat poll in the State, he said that the State government was not interested in holding it. “The mistakes in the reservation roster were intentionally made by the government to hold up the rural polls,” he alleged.
