While in Mumbai for campaigning, the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was seen playing cricket on the iconic Juhu beach with children in the morning. He talked to the children and others who gathered for quite a long time.
While canvassing for votes for the BJP candidate at Mumbai East constituency, the CM said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seeking mandate for his third term with vows to build India as a developed nation and the third largest economy of the world. He cited a slew of initiatives the Modi government has taken in its ten-year tenure, including building world-class infrastructure, stopping triple talaq practice, enforcing CAA and consecrating the Ram mandir in Ayodhya, while exhorting the people to lend overwhelming support to BJP at the hustings.
Ripping into Uddhav Thackeray for humouring Congress, he said that while his father embodied the nation’s aspiration for the Ram temple in Ayodhya his son had joined hands with those parties inimical to its construction.
