A female pilgrim in Badrinath died on the spot when she was hit by a speeding vehicle while she was approaching towards the bus stand. The incident happened on Badrinath Aastha Path on Wednesday night. According to the sources, the deceased woman carried a child in her lap. The child has also suffered minor injuries. The woman was taken to the hospital with the help of her relatives and the police but she had already breathed her last. The police had seized the car and the matter is being investigated further.
