The Sumadhu application launched by Patanjali to measure the purity of honey from the hive to the packaging of honey boxes to the consumer-has been adjudged as the best among the AI- based technologies to test the purity and quality of honey. Informing about this, Acharya Balkrishna said on Saturday that his organisation had secured the first place at the national seminar on scientific beekeeping hosted by National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Hyderabad. He further said that a number of scientists representing their institutions from across the country were present at the seminar and threadbare discussions on the measures meant to test purity and quality of honey were held. He added that enthused by Patanjali’s success on evolving high-quality purity- testing technology of agriculture-based products, several scientists have evinced interest in implementing the Sumadhu app in their institutions.
