The Meerut-based Shri Venkateshwara University signed an academic agreement with Brazil on the subjects of Agriculture, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Industry and Pharmacy on Tuesday. This information was jointly given by the High Commissioner of Brazil in India Angelo Di Queiroz and the pro- chancellor of Shri Venkateshwara University Rajeev Tyagi after agreeing on the ‘Joint Academic Agreement’ at the Brazilian Embassy in New Delhi. Lauding the agreement, the Venkateshwara group chairman Sudhir Giri said that under this agreement, teachers and students of both the countries would jointly work together for advanced technological innovations in the form of seminars/workshops and regular classes in each other’s country. Speaking on the occasion, Angelo Di Queiroz said they were happy to be associated with a reputable educational group of India.
