People were excited having found two newborn leopard cubs in wheat field in a village in Udham Singh Nagar district. The villagers promptly informed the forest department. They kept gathering to see the cubs. It happened in the village Thotupura. The villagers said that the forest department employees had yet not arrived. When asked, the forest officers said that they had got the information and soon they would take custody of the two cubs.
