In latest news from Uttarakhand, Kankhal police arrested one of the two mobile phone snatching accused. A police complaint was filed at the Kankhal police station way back on June 5, stating that two bike-borne miscreants had snatched mobile phone from one Kamini, resident of Mohalla Chaklan. Police sent the nabbed accused to jail while the other accused identified as Krishnapal, resident of Pathri, has been on the run. The SSP Haridwar had announced bounty of Rs 5000 for the arrest of the mobile snatchers.
