The 104th birth anniversary of the legendary leader Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna would be observed in Almora district on April 25. The principal programme would be held at the stadium named after him. Now preparations are going on. Accompanied by a district administration team, the cabinet minister Saurabh Bahuguna made an on-site inspection of the venue of the programme and gave directions to the officers concerned. He later said that the birth anniversary of the leader would be observed appropriately.
