In latest news from Uttarakhand, several employees of a steel factory based in Mudiyaki village under Manglour police station limit in Roorkee were injured following a late night explosion. The factory management sent all the injured hurriedly to Muzaffarnagar hospital. Upon being informed, a police team from Manglour led by the circle officer along with fire brigade personnel reached the factory. A forensic team was also sent for to ascertain the exact cause behind the explosion. Police informed that the explosion occurred at around 1 am and at least 15 employees sustained injuries. They further said that the factory management had not informed the local police and sent the injured to Muzaffarnagar hospital. As the information of the explosion reached Muzaffarnagar police station, the control room officers informed the Manglour police station. Speaking of the matter, Manglour police station in-charge Mahesh Joshi said that if a complaint is received they would take actions.
