2 girl students of boarding school go missing, later found

In latest Dehradun news, two girls, aged 16 and 17 years, residing in the hostel of a boarding school situated in Nala Pani Road in Dalanwala went missing and later police found them at the Dehradun railway station. Informing the incident, the Dalanwala police station officers said that the principal of the school had rushed to the police station to inform that two girl students of his school had gone missing from the hostel. They could not be contacted as they had no mobile phones with them, the principal told police. The district control room Dehradun was promptly contacted and the news of the missing girls was circulated. A police team was constituted comprising police personnel from Dalanwala police station. The team found the two girls at the Dehradun railway station. When questioned, they told police that as they were not feeling fine at the hostel, they had planned to go to Delhi. They further told police that they had informed none about their plan. They were brought at the Dalanwala police station and then handed over to the principal of the school they are students of and their relatives.
