In latest news from Doon, two persons were killed while another sustained serious injuries after the car they were travelling in met with an accident near Kuthal Gate on the Dehradun-Mussoorie road in the wee hours. On hearing the news, an SDRF team rushed to the spot. By the time, they reached, three of the six persons inside the car had already come out having sustained minor injuries. Later, SDRF pulled out a seriously injured person and pulled out two bodies from the damaged car.
An SDRF team member said that the accident occurred after the driver lost control over the car which then crashed into a gorge. The bodies were later handed over to the district police for post-mortem.
