In latest news from Uttarakhand, Northern Railway said that due to the fog-caused late arrival of the 18478 Yog Nagari Rishikesh-Puri Express, the down train (number18477) scheduled to start from Puri has been cancelled. At the same time, the 18478 Yog Nagari-Puri Express has been cancelled for January 9.
