20 students present internship report to VC on return from France

Twenty students of the G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, who had recently completed international internships in France, presented their experiences and learnings in detail before the vice-chancellor, S K Kashyap. The dean and director along with senior officials of the university were present on the occasion.
The students shared their experiences with advanced agricultural technologies, food processing, research methods and practical training received in France. They explained that this international experience provided them with an opportunity to understand modern agricultural systems, innovations and global standards, the university officials said.
While appreciating the achievements of the students, the VC said that such international programmes play a vital role in the academic and professional development of the students and make them globally competitive.
In his address, the director of International Affairs, Shiva Prasad stated that the university is constantly striving to strengthen international collaborations so that more students can gain global exposure and benefit from new technologies and research methods.
