Three students of All Saints’ College of Nainital, which always works towards the all-round development of girls, were selected for the All Women’s Golf Training Camp organised by Raj Bhavan Golf Club Nainital at DLF Golf Course in Gurgaon. The students are Amyra Bajaj, Pankhuri Verma and Shubhangi Kunwar. The budding golf players from schools across the country learn techniques of the game from the ace players who come at such camps and become familiar with the nuances of the game. Watching the greats at play is itself a learning treat which deepens the students’ knowledge of the game, said a senior functionary of Women’s Golf Association of India which bears expenses of hosting such camps.
