In latest news from Uttarakhand, three people were killed in two accidents on the Rishikesh-Badrinath national highway.
Two persons lost their lives when a taxi they were travelling in met with an accident in Devalgarh while one died when the bus he was in had a head-on collision with a motorbike at Kaudiyala in Devprayag. The bus was carrying 32 pilgrims, most of them women, headed to Badrinath. They are all stated to be safe. The rider of the bike was killed while the pillion rider was rushed to AIIMS Rishikesh were killed in the accident.
