The meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) will be held in the secretariat in Dehradun to consider promotion of three senior PCS officers. Officers from Delhi will come to Dehradun for the DPC meeting. These three senior PCS officers are Pramendra Singh Doval, Mamta Bohra and Kamalesh Upadhyaya. The home ministry sources say that after the DPC is held, orders will be passed for promoting these PCS officers to the IPS cadre.
