32nd Inter-School Shorthand Competition held at DPS Ranipur

The Delhi Public School Ranipur organised the 32nd Inter-School Shorthand Painting Competition on Saturday in which about 1000 students from 23 schools in Haridwar and its surrounding areas participated.
The principal Anupam Jagga inaugurated the competition and said that the theme ‘Our Environment’ had been included to raise awareness and goodwill towards animals.
DPS Ranipur has been organising this competition for the past 32 years. This impromptu drawing competition was for the children from Class Prep to Class XII who were divided into eight sections. Among the participating schools were Akanksha Vidyalaya,  RKS Memorial, DAV Jagjitpur, Maa Saraswati Public School, Guru Nanak Academy and Maa Anandmayi School.
The results would be announced in February, said senior functionaries of DPS Ranipur.
