In latest news from Uttarakhand, the administration has re-jigged the Public Works Department (PWD) at the level of senior officers. In all, 34 officers, including chief engineers, superintending engineers and executive engineers, have been given new responsibilities. The transfer order was signed by the joint secretary Shyam Singh.
