In latest news from Dehradun, the State sports and youth welfare minister Rekha Arya said that the upcoming 38th National Games scheduled in Uttarakhand are all set to be held in October-November this year. She said this while chairing a stock-taking meeting with the sports department officials regarding the preparations for the ensuing national level sports event. Notably, this is the first National Games to be hosted by Uttarakhand.
Besides, the minister gave the officers required directives for appropriate celebration of the National Sports Day slated on August 29.
