4th convocation ceremony held at National Skill Training Institute, Dehradun

315 trainees awarded certificates by CII Uttarakhand director

The fourth convocation ceremony was held at the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Dehradun, for the trainees who successfully passed out during the 2024–25 academic session. The event commenced with the live telecast of the National-level Skill Convocation Ceremony chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
A total of 315 trainees from various trades were awarded their certificates by the chief guest, Gaurav Lamba, the director of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Uttarakhand. Addressing the gathering, Lamba congratulated the trainees for their achievements and encouraged them to utilise their skills for nation-building and self-reliance, in line with the vision of “Skilled India – Empowered India.”
Welcoming the chief guest and dignitaries, Gyan Prakash Chourasiya, ISDS deputy director and principal, NSTI Dehradun, expressed pride in the accomplishments of the graduating trainees. He urged them to continue upgrading their technical skills to remain competitive in the evolving industrial landscape.
