7254 candidates appear for B Ed Entrance Exam at 21 centres

Uttarakhand State Combined B Ed Entrance Examination-2025 organised by Kumaun University Nainital was conducted at 21 examination centers across the State. A total of 7,770 candidates had registered for this examination, out of whom 7,254 candidates sat for it.  On the other hand, out of 153 registered candidates in DSB campus of Kumaun University, 142 candidates appeared.
The nodal officer of the exam and registrar, KU, Mangal Singh Mandrel said that the examination had passed off smoothly and peacefully at all the examination centers of the State. The examination was conducted from 10 AM to 1 PM.

The vice chancellor, KU, Diwan Singh Rawat congratulated the teachers, officers and employees who helped in organising the examination, especially the exam conducting teams, observers, centre heads, room inspectors and supporting staff, for conducting it in a transparent manner. “
Kumaun University gives top priority to transparency, fairness and punctuality in conducting State-level examinations and will work with the same commitment for conducting these in future also,” he added.
