The court has sent one of the accused in the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) exam paper leak case Rajesh Pal to jail on 14 days judicial custody. He is the CEO of RMS Techno Solutions Private Limited which managed the printing of UKSSSC’s examination papers. Pal was arrested by Uttarakhand Special Task Force (STF) for allegedly leaking the paper and carrying out a deal through other involved parties for Gram Panchayat Officer Exam 2016. Besides this, Sadiq Moosa and Yogeshwar Rao, the main accused of the VPDO exam paper leak case, were also taken on three days police custody remand (PCR) by STF. The officials informed that both accused were taken by the STF team to several places like Lucknow and Barabanki to gather crucial evidence on the case after which, both have been sent back to jail.
