Police return 184 mobile phones to owners

On the directions of Haridwar senior superintendent of police Yogendra Singh Rawat, the crime investigation unit recovered 184 lost mobile phones and returned them to the owners. The total value of the lost mobile phones recovered is estimated to be about Rs 3,00,000.
The SSP had directed the CIU to prepare a list of mobile phones lost in the past few months and reported in all police station areas.
On Friday, the SSP handed over 184 such lost mobile phones to their owners. Rawat said that mobile phones were not stolen but lost by their owners at different times and places.
