The chairman and managing director of THDC India Limited RK Vishnoi in the presence of the corporation’s director (Finance) J Behera inaugurated a telemedicine facility by Niramay Swasthya Kendra for the employees posted at Amelia Coal Mine Project through the virtual mode.
CGM (HR) Veer Singh, CGM (Amelia Coal Mine Project) AK Sharma, CMO Dr Vibha Chaudhary and senior manager (HR-ACMP) Vimal Durgapal were also present along with the other employees on the occasion.
According to THDCIL officials, the idea of starting this facility lies in the requirement of ACMP for quality medical services as well as the strategic thought process of THDCIL management of resources optimisation without compromising on the quality and HR approach of employees first.
