The Uttarakhand unit of BJP has hailed the decision of chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to do away with the system of interviews in the recruitment examinations. Terming the decision as a historic one and a major step in the direction of bringing transparency in the recruitment process, the spokesperson of Uttarakhand BJP Manvir Chauhan said that the State government is working on three levels to make the recruitment process transparent. He said that the government brought a stringent anti-copying act, started recruitment on the basis of a calendar and now has decided to remove interviews from the recruitment process. Singh said that the policy and the intent of the BJP government of Uttarakhand are transparent for the bright future of the youngsters.
