The husband or wife of the identified statehood activists agitators are now entitled to pension. The husband or wife of the identified statehood agitators who died before June 1, 2016 when the government order for giving pension was issued will now get pension. Besides, the husband or wife of the statehood agitators who were in jail for seven days or were injured during the statehood movement are also entitled to pension. Notably, these dependants were out of the ambit of the pension facility given to the statehood activists.
