Fraud case against president & administrator of Uttarakhand Secretariat Housing Committee

Patel Nagar police have lodged cases against the president and administrator of the Uttarakhand Secretariat Housing Committee Pradip Papne and Satish Sharma respectively on the charge of fraud. At the same time, Patel Nagar police lodged case against two friends of Pradip Papne on the charge of illegally occupying land.

The complainant Yadram had written to the additional district magistrate, saying that the duo had sold the plot of land in Kargi Grant which he had purchased through registration on May 21 2018 for Rs 9 lakh 62 thousand to another person. The additional district magistrate had the matter investigated and found that the complaint was justified. Thereafter he asked the Patel Nagar police station to lodge fraud case against the duo.
