BJP to publicise State & Central government achievements

The Bharatiya Janata Party will start a series of Press conferences in the State on Sunday to publicise the achievements of the State and Central governments. The BJP State media in-charge Manveer Singh Chauhan said that on the direction of the party’s State president Mahendra Bhatt the party’s media cell and senior leaders will address these Press conferences to be held in all the organisational districts of the party. This series of media interaction will be held from October 29 to November 5. The main subject to be addressed in these interactions with the media will be the developmental possibilities resulting from the global investors summit to be held in Dehradun during December and the investments done in the State so far. The benefit Uttarakhand has received from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to the Kumaon region, the historic decision of finance for the Jamrani dam project and other major projects of the government will also be discussed in detail during these Press conferences, Chauhan said.
The party leaders deputed to address the media include Suresh Joshi in Dehradun headquarters, Hemant Dwivedi in Rudraprayag-Chamoli, Honey Pathak in Uttarkashi, Ajay Kothiyal in Tehri, Vinod Chamoli in Dehradun Mahanagar, Devendra Bhasin in Dehradun rural, Sunita Vidyarthi in Rishikesh, Khajan Das in Haridwar, Naresh Bansal in Roorkee, Virendra Bisht in Kotdwar, Navin Thakur in Srinagar, Manveer Chauhan in Pithoragarh-Champawat, Suresh Joshi in Bageshwar-Almora-Nainital, Vikas Bhagat in Ranikhet-Kashipur and Prakash Rawat in Rudrapur.
