KV ONGC organises orientation programme for newly selected teachers

Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC, Dehradun organised a one- day orientation programme for the newly selected teachers on Wednesday during which 59 primary teachers, 10 graduate teachers and 12 postgraduate teachers participated. Among those present at the programme were the principal of the school Sushil Kumar Dhiman; deputy commissioner, KV Dehradun Division Sukriti Raivani and assistant commissioners-Swati Aggarwal, L M Bisht, and Surjeet Singh. Calling the KV ONGC Dehradun a mini India, the principal said that students from all religions are studying here. He dwelt on the role of the teachers while discussing the new approach adopted in education. The newly selected teachers were divided into two groups and KV’s senior functionaries elucidated on different aspects of teaching to them in separate sessions.
