Continuing its action against illegal plotting, the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA) teams demolished illegal plotting in a total of 46 bigha area in various areas on Wednesday.
Officials said that on the directions of MDDA vice chairman Banshidhar Tiwari and secretary Mohan Singh Barnia, the campaign against those undertaking plotting in violation of standards is being executed at a swift pace. The MDDA teams demolished illegal plotting on about six bigha land at Dumta village in Vikasnagar, 22 bigha land on Telpura Road, 10 bigha in Nawabgarh, five bigha in Babugarh and three bigha at Kesarbagh Babugarh- all in Vikasnagar.
The sub divisional magistrate had passed demolition orders in all these cases. At Bidholi Road, Kandoli, an illegal construction was sealed on the orders of joint secretary Kusum Chauhan.
