In latest news from Uttarakhand, several houses were gutted in a fire incident in Netwar town under Mori block of Uttarkashi district. As per police, a wooden house caught fire after a cooking gas cylinder exploded. The fire spread fast fanned by wind and engulfed at least eight wooden houses in the vicinity. By the rime fire tenders arrived, four of them had been reduced to ashes. Police further said that other houses had been partially damaged. However, no loss of life was reported, police added.
