BJP set to sweep Lok Sabha polls in U’khand- Gautam

The national general secretary of BJP, Dushyant Kumar Gautam has said that there is an enthusiasm in the general public for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections which shows that record voter turnout will be reported on April 19. He said that the BJP candidates will win all the five seats with large margins.

 Interacting with the media persons, Gautam said that the National Citizenship Register (NRC) and agenda of 1951 will also be included in the national policy with time.

He claimed that the people of the State have made up their mind to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of the country for the third time. Gautam said that the people of Uttarakhand have witnessed the historic development and welfare measures under the leadership of PM Modi and chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the BJP has fulfilled the expectation of the people here. He said that the government headed by CM Dhami has taken a series of landmark decisions such as Uniform Civil Code (UCC), stringent anti-copying law, action against land jihad and anti conversion law. It is a matter of great pride that many other States have followed the footsteps of Uttarakhand in taking the above mentioned decisions.
