In latest news from Doon, the Congress veteran Harish Rawat asserted that his party was all set to sweep the Lok Sabha election in Uttarakhand by winning all the five seats. He said that the people across the country are voting this time for change, to end the regime that is perpetrating inflation, unemployment, corruption and intolerance.
Besides, he took a dig at the State government for the chaos dogging the Char Dham Yatra since it commenced. While saying that his party’s wholehearted support is with the State government, he said he is worried. He said that things might worsen this time as compared to last year, given the State government’s ineptitude compounded by the absence of a plan to deal huge influx of pilgrims.
