U’khand BJP prepares strategy for Lok Sabha election counting day

The BJP has started giving final touches to its strategy for the counting day of the Lok Sabha elections. In a virtual meeting held on Wednesday the national general secretary and in charge of Uttarakhand BJP, Dushyant Gautam held elaborate discussions with LS candidates and office bearers of the party. The president of Uttarakhand BJP Mahendra Bhatt also attended the meeting.
Gautam said that BJP is set to secure victory in all the five seats but the objective of the party is to win with a record margin.
The State media in charge of BJP Manvir Singh Chauhan said that in the meeting Gautam sought information about the preparations made at the party organisation level for the counting day. In the meeting Gautam held discussions with the party candidates of all the five seats and directed that the names of the polling agents and in-charges should be finalised.
Chauhan said that it was decided in the meeting that a control room will be set for monitoring the election results. Apart from keeping an update of counting, the control room will coordinate about the complaints and issues associated with the counting process.
In the meeting the State president of BJP, Bhatt exhorted the party functionaries to remain prepared for the result of June 4. He said that the party workers have worked hard before the election and on the date of voting and now they should remain alert on the day of counting. He said that Narendra Modi is all set to become the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive term.
The general secretary organisation Ajey Kumar, all the LS candidates, co in-charges, convenors, co convenors, district in-charges, Vidhan Sabha in-charges and conveners attended the meeting.
