In latest news from Uttarakhand, a young tourist from Delhi is feared to have been swept away by river torrent when he was bathing in a ghat near Lachman Jhula. Though the water police and SDRF launched search operation soon after the incident the missing youth was yet to be traced, said a senior SDRF officer.
The missing youth is Arvind Kapoor (27) and he came to Rishikesh with four friends.
