The Pacific Group launched the Mall of Dehradun, reportedly the largest mall in the State so far. The mall covers a total built-up area of 10,71,008 square feet, including 4,02,895 square feet dedicated to retail.

Besides, we have ensured that Uttarakhand’s local food occupies good space in the mall’s food court. The mall features top international and national retail outlets, including a six-screen multiplex by PVR. The highlight is its environmental sustainability. A green building with LEED certification, it integrates advanced green building components and uses energy-efficient materials, including a 600-kilowatt solar photovoltaic plant and sustainable water and waste management systems, the mall management said.
