Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) in collaboration with Dev Bhoomi Science Samiti (DBSS) organised an expert lecture to mark World Environment Day. The lecture focused on the topic of land restoration, stopping desertification and building drought resilience, aligning with the theme of the day. Speaking on the occasion, USERC director Anita Rawat emphasised the importance of land management and integrated water resource management by empowering the local communities.
