Chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being elected the leader of National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
He said that the manner in which the top leaders of NDA expressed their confidence in the leadership of Narendra Modi highlights the unity and integrity of the NDA family.
Dhami attended the meeting of the constituent parties of NDA held in the parliament house on Friday. In the meeting Modi was unanimously elected the leader of the NDA. The election paved the way for Modi becoming the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive term.
In his message, the CM said that the prestige of India in the world platform has increased considerably under the leadership of PM Modi in the last 10 years. He said that PM Modi has fulfilled his commitment for welfare of the poor and last person standing on the social ladder by his schemes of public welfare. Under the leadership of PM Modi many path breaking and historic decisions in the interest of the country have been taken. The path of upliftment and empowerment of youth, women and elderly got paved under the leadership of PM Modi.
The CM added that India is poised to become the third biggest economy of the world in the third tenure of PM Modi. He said that under the visionary leadership of PM Modi the country will move forward on the path of becoming Viksit Bharat.
